Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or manufacturer restrictions. Such items will be clearly marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund promptly after verifying the issue.

Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address using our courier partners (e.g. Shiprocket). Please ensure the item is securely packed. If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse standard shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund. Refunds for COD orders may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
